UniFi is seeking a Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team.
As a Training & Compliance Coordinator, you'll chart the course of training and compliance for UniFi and our customers—piloting an educational blueprint that soars above the rest!
This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective development and delivery of training programs. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, designing and delivering compliance-focused training, and supporting trainers, managers, and employees in achieving a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams and across departments to deliver industry-leading training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content for online courses, design e-learning modules, and create job aids; delivery methods include, but are not limited to, webinars.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements by tracking employee certifications and recertifications.
- Conduct needs assessments through surveys or interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various departments within UniFi.
- Collaborate closely with other Learning & Development team members, including instructional designers, to create course materials based on identified needs.
- Provide support during implementation phases, such as scheduling sessions or training events, ensuring smooth execution without hiccups.
- Evaluate post-training effectiveness via feedback forms and surveys sent to participants, helping us understand what worked well and what can be improved in future iterations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all Learning Management System (LMS) tasks and assigned disciplines.
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience interacting directly with senior leaders or, at minimum, frontline team members.
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in both oral and written formats.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel—these tools are essential to your success in this role and are part of our daily operations.
