Night Shift Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor vacancy at Liverpool Airport 

  • 4 nights on 4 nights off 
  • Shift time: 20:00-06:00 
  • Permanent contract 
  • Full UK Manual Drivers licence required 
  • £14.05 per hour 


Unifi Aviation are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team, ensuring the highest levels of cleaning standards are consistently delivered. As a hands-on Supervisor, you will work within the team to oversee this internal delivery and implement processes and procedures. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • To contribute to a culture of engagement, involvement and continuous improvement within the cleaning team.
  • Ensure team's tasks are performed in accordance with Company and Airline specific procedures and policies.
  • Be proactive and enthusiastic to lead the team by example.
  • Maintain associated paperwork in line with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
  • Leading the on-time delivery of all aircraft services within the designated time and to the standard and satisfaction of the customer.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Including communication with Senior Management.
  • To work within a team carrying out aircraft interior cleans and deep cleans where required.
  • Removing rubbish from the aircraft and making sure that it is properly disposed
  • Clean interior areas of aircraft cabin including vacuuming carpets, wipe down equipment and surfaces.
  • Clean lavatories, wash basins, surfaces, mirrors and replenish supplies in line with customer requirements.
  • Clean and sanitise galleys, including mopping floors.
  • Restocking of cleaning vehicles, supplies and equipment.
  • High attention to detail to take pride in cleaning.
  • Reporting any service failures to internal and external parties where required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills/Qualities required  

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to suit customer needs.
  • Ability to work shifts, flexibility with start and end times may be required.
  • A full manual driving licence recognised by the UK.
  • Previous cleaning experience is essential.
  • Previous experience leading a team would be highly beneficial.
  • Valid Passport/ID and right to work in the UK.
  • Proof of Address and National Insurance Number.
  • 5 years' check-able work history.
  • Clean Disclosure/ Criminal Record Check.
  • Must be willing to undergo relevant training as required.
