Job title: Recruiter 

Location: Oxford Airport, Kidlington - Office based 

Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Salary: £26,000 per annum 

Start date: February 2026 

Role Summary

As the Recruiter you will focus on direct recruiting and be a key contributor to this success by identifying talented people. We are looking for a tenacious and passionate individual who is comfortable with administrative aspects to the role.  This is a great role for anyone looking to begin their career in Recruitment! Full training will be provided. 

Key responsibilities 

• CV screening applicants and conducting telephone interviews to identify the best candidate for the role based on their knowledge, skills and experience and ensure they receive an outstanding experience with Unifi.
• Attracting suitable candidates through social media platforms, job advertising and our employee alumni.
• Build talent pipeline by maintaining a network of candidates across key base locations.
• Maximise representation of the business at recruitment fairs.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity, staying up to date with employment legislation.
• Support administration and ensure systems are up to date and audited.

• Excellent communication and time management skills. 
• The curiosity and capability to learn what drives a candidate; and how this aligns with the needs of the role.

• The ability to make things happen. Strong personal drive, integrity, and good humour. 
• Collaborative stakeholder interaction with the ability to positively challenge and input ideas to improve the recruitment process.  
• Creative approach to tasks, employer branding and marketing to attract talent. 
• Inquisitive nature and willingness to learn Aviation specific guidelines and candidate vetting procedures.
• Flexibility to travel to Unifi Aviation UK & I stations and recruitment fairs/events when needed.
