Head of Training & Development

Location: Heathrow Airport (with expected travel across UK & IRE stations)

We’re seeking an innovative training leader to shape a modern, scalable learning ecosystem that supports our growth across Europe and the UK & Ireland. This role will play a key part in elevating capability, strengthening compliance and creating engaging, future‑ready training experiences that empower our people and enhance operational performance.

Role Purpose:

To design, implement and lead a globally saleable training ecosystem that aligns with regularity operational performance and business growth.  

Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of high-quality training content
  • Ensure consistency and compliance alignment in materials
  • Create AvSec Training Content aligned to syllabus 
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and user experience
  • Manage content lifecycle and digital learning assets
  • Collaborate with SMEs to meet operational needs
  • Strategic delivery of LMS across Europe & UK&I
