Head of Training & Compliance 

Location: Heathrow Airport (with expected travel across UK & IRE stations)

We are now seeking an experienced compliance professional to help strengthen our regulatory framework, enhance safety and quality standards, and support the organisation through upcoming industry change. This role provides significant influence across our UK & Ireland operations, ensuring we remain fully compliant, well‑governed and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations. 

Role Purpose:

To be responsible for ensuring that all training activities meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards, while embedding a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation, in preparation for industry change. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure organisational compliance with regulatory and Unifi policies
  • Lead internal audits and manage corrective actions
  • Oversee compliance training and governance frameworks
  • Identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks
  • Conversion to CIN 
  • Ground Handling Regulation 
  • Advise Executive Leadership on regulatory obligations
