With the support of the HR Manager, the HRBP is responsible for delivering the people agenda across the business.

This is a site-based role, and remote working is not available. As part of a fast-paced start-up environment, you may be required to work across different bases depending on operational needs. Regular travel will be required, and flexibility around working hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities

·         Produce and monitor employee data and HR metrics, analyse trends, and identify people priorities to support Station Management decision-making.

·         Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to implement innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies, ensuring timely and effective hiring.

·         Support Station Management in retaining, engaging, and developing talent.

·         Provide advice, support, and coaching to management at all levels within the region, ensuring alignment with business expectations and policy.

·         Assist Stations in resolving employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries, ensuring a fair, unbiased process in line with policy and legislation.

·         Guide management on people practices such as restructures and succession planning, supporting the development of a strong internal talent pipeline.

·         Educate and direct employees toward appropriate self-service options for HR-related queries.

·         Champion employee engagement through structured reward and recognition initiatives.

·         Lead HR initiatives and projects across all Stations.

·         Maintain a strong understanding of UK employment law to ensure compliance and reduce legal risk, while maximising employee engagement.

Core Competencies

·         Solid understanding and proven track record of complying with UK employment law and HR best practices.

·         Highly process-driven, with excellent multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at all levels across multiple sites.

·         High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

·         Strong IT literacy, particularly with MS Office applications – Excel proficiency is essential.

·         Willingness and ability to travel to different sites, with flexibility around working hours and locations as required.

Safety & Compliance Responsibilities

All employees have a responsibility and duty while at work to:

·         Understand and comply with the company’s Health and Safety and Safety Management System policies.

·         Co-operate with management to meet all legal and regulatory requirements.

·         Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their actions.

·         Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interest of health, safety, or welfare.

·         Report any situation, equipment, or activity that represents a danger to health and safety.

·         Report any hazards, near-misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences.

·         Perform work in accordance with company procedures, information, and training provided.

Additional Information

·         This is a non-remote, on-site position based primarily at LHR.

·         As a growing and dynamic start-up, the role may require travel to and support at other bases when needed.

·         Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, may be necessary depending on business demands.
