FP&A Analyst 
Location: Oxford Airport, Kidlington 
Salary: up to £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours)
Office based 

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at Unifi UK & Ireland. This is a brand new role, and an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing aviation services company. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to drive business performance. You will work closely with senior leadership and operational management teams, providing financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support financial objectives of the business along with business strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, highlighting key financial metrics and variances.
  • Partner with department heads to track and control costs, identify efficiencies, and optimise profitability.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess business risks and opportunities.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
  • Assist with financial reporting and provide input for board presentations.
  • Facilitate and prepare for external and internal audit processes.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

​Key Requirements

  • Part-qualified or QBE accountant,.
  • Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Agility and ambition to identify and implement pragmatic solutions, with a constant drive to add value to help the business succeed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a medium-sized company or SME environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with netSuite is a plus
