Job Summary:
The Bus Operator is responsible for safely delivering employee shuttle passengers to assigned airport area in accordance with passenger specifications.

Job Duties:
· Monitors and enforce safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
· Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
· Perform Pre & Post DVIR safety checks of your assigned bus.
· Follow and maintain safety protocols, using safety exercises as “the go to” recommended best practices.
· Conduct and maintain professional appearance while on duty.
· Provide customer service that always aligns with bus service.
· Able and willing to transport buses to and from the maintenance shop for preventable maintenance service.
· Always adhere to traffic safety regulations, exercise caution in treacherous circumstances and report unsafe vehicle or road conditions to supervisors.
· Use CB radios to stay informed of route information and communicate with supervisor and colleagues.
· May be required to assist with bags no more than 13 pounds.
· Coordinates with clients in performing additional operation activities regarding passenger/crew movement from a remote area to the terminal.
· Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
· High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Possess a valid Driving License.
· Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
· One year of relevant work experience in the bussing/shuttle industry.
· Possess a Valid TN CDL A or B with a P endorsement.
Physical requirements:
· Must be able to constantly lift, move up to 70 lbs, push, pull; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, grasp outwards and bend.
Working conditions:
· Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
· Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
