Job Summary:
The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing employee schedules, and enforcing company policies. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential to support a productive work environment and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Duties:
· Models Unifi's Safety goals, mission, vision and values and promotes adherence through various methods of communication.
· Leads and supports an employee-engaged culture.
· Oversees and coordinates Airport Shuttle Service activities to ensure a safe, reliable, efficient and effective operation.
· Monitors and enforces safe and compliant working environment in accordance with TSA, DOT, USPS and OSHA regulations and all applicable laws.
· Enforces Company policies and procedures including corrective action and promotes Unifi policy on Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Harassment and diversity initiatives.
· Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
· Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of assigned shift/station.
· Promotes team building initiatives and performs coaching/mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.
· Ensures information is communicated in a clear, comprehensive manner.
· All other duties as assigned.
· High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Possess a valid current GEORGIA CDL (Class A or B) along with "Passenger endorsement" AND Air Brake (CDL-Permit, not accepted) and Current DOT Physical
· Minimum two years of commercial driving experience with a Commercial Driver's License (School Bus or Higher Transportation Vehicle/Equipment). Register with DOT - FMCSA Clearinghouse.
· Must be a local (in-state) resident.
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
· Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
· Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Four years of relevant work experience.
· Relevant supervisory experience.
· Able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or via radio equipment.
· Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
· Strong leadership qualities and ability to create a passionate and efficient workforce.
· Able to effectively resolve employee conflicts.
· Ability to apply creative solutions that have a positive impact on results.
Physical requirements:
· Must be able to constantly lift, move up to 70 lbs, push, pull; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, grasp outwards and bend.
Working conditions:
· Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
· Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
