Job Summary:
Responsible for assigning Passenger Assistance Agents, wheelchairs and Avtech devices to the flights or other location in the airport. Also responsible for maintaining the control room environment, timeclock, inventory records, distribution, and maintenance of Avtech devices.

Job Duties:
  • Ensure that the wheelchair team members are assigned activities for safe on time arrivals and departures.
  • Distribute to all team members Avtech devices for passenger tracking and research.
  • Perform daily inventory of devices, ensure all devices are accounted for and report any discrepancies. 
  • Troubleshoot devices that are not properly functioning and report out of service devices.  
  • Ensure all devices are always adequately charged. 
  • Ensure time clocks are operable and escalate any related issues.   
  • Provide right of access to the Control Room. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Qualifications:  
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.
Physical requirements:
  • Must be able to constantly lift, move up to 70 lbs; Frequently lift, move weights greater than 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel and bend.
Working conditions:
  • Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
  • Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
  • Must be able to work in an office bound environment.
