Job Summary:

Responsible for leading a cabin services team to ensure safe, timely, and meticulous aircraft interior cleaning, equipment readiness, and ramp support in preparation for customer boarding and departure.

·   Weekly pay for hourly employees (CA Employees are paid bi-weekly)

Job Duties:  

·   Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.

·   Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.

·   Helps prepare the cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories.

·   Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.

·   Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.

·   Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.

·   Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.

·   Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.

·   Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications:  

·   High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.

·   Must be at least 18 years of age.

·   Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

·   Possess a valid Driver’s License.

·   Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Preferred Qualifications:  

·   Four years of relevant work experience.

Physical requirements:  

·   Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:  

·   Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.

·   Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
